Estefany is a lawyer, with a double degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. She joined the Legal & Litigation Department in 2020 and specialises in intellectual property law and new technologies.
Her practice is aimed at providing legal advice on the protection of intangible assets (copyright, patents, utility models, trademarks, industrial designs, business secrets and new technologies).
Estefany completed her specialization (LLM IP & IT) at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and the associated internship in our Madrid offices. Prior to joining ABG as a lawyer, she developed her professional activity in the areas of financial audit, consulting and business advice. This has given her experience in relationships with corporate clients and a global vision of the importance of a company’s intangible assets.
Estefany is a native Spanish speaker and she is fluent in English and French.
