2. User acceptance
By accessing and browsing the Website, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood this Legal Notice & the Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy (the “Terms & Conditions of the Website”) and expressly consents to its application when browsing the Website. If you do not agree with the Terms & Conditions of the Website, please refrain from accessing the Website.
Therefore, the User must carefully read the Terms & Conditions of the Website on each occasion he or she intends to use the Website, since these may undergo modifications. ABG reserves the right to update, modify, or eliminate the present Terms & Conditions of the Website at any time and with no prior notice to the User.
3. Access to the webside
In order to navigate the Website, the User shall be under no obligation to register or provide any personal data to ABG. However, to access certain services offered on the Website, the User must sign-up using the online form provided and include certain personal data. The User must accept our Privacy Policy in each online form in which they will be provided with all the information established by the applicable legislation with regard to the data collected.

The User is only authorised to display the content for their personal use. The User is expressly prohibited to reproduce, distribute or publicly communicate the contents of the Website by any means or process, except if expressly authorized by ABG.
6. Claims and liability
ABG reserves the right to interrupt access to the Website, without giving notice, for technical, security, control or maintenance reasons, due to a failure in power supply, or for any other reason. ABG does not routinely monitor Users’ use of the Website. ABG is not liable for Users’ use of the content of the Website that might entail a breach of any national or international regulations, intellectual or industrial property rights, or any other third-party rights.
ABG is not liable for any errors or omissions in the content of the Website or other content that can be accessed through them. Nor is ABG liable for any harm derived from using the Website, or for any action carried out based on the information provided in them. Additionally, ABG does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other damaging elements that could harm or alter the IT system, electronic documents, or files of the Website Users. Therefore, ABG is not liable for any harm or loss those elements might cause the User or third parties.
ABG is not liable for harm deriving from interference, omission, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunction, or disconnection in the operation of Users’ electronic system or IT devices and equipment, due to causes beyond ABG’s control, which prevent or delay navigation through the Website; delays or blocked use caused by problems or overloads on the internet or in other electronic systems; or the impossibility of providing the service or allowing access for reasons beyond ABG’s control, caused by the User, third parties, or unforeseeable circumstances.
Notwithstanding the above, ABG declares that takes and will take, if necessary, all the measures required, based on its capability and the state of technology, to guarantee proper operation of the Website and avoid the presence and transfer of viruses and other harmful elements affecting Users.
7. Links to third parties
The Term & Conditions of the Website applies only to the Website and not to third-party links, websites, or applications accessed through them, or any other third-party service. ABG cannot control the information, content, products or services provided by third parties that have established links to the Website, and access to them through the Website does not imply that ABG recommends or approves their content. Consequently, ABG will not take on any liability deriving from them.
ABG offers Users these links, information and services only for the User’s benefit, and the User is responsible for reading and accepting the terms of use and privacy policies published on those websites. Their inclusion on the Website does not imply that ABG approves of the linked website. ABG declares that it will immediately withdraw any link when the content it leads to may breach national or international law, or go against morality or public order.
8. International use
The use of the Website by Users in any country other than Spain will be carried out under the responsibility of those other countries. The User shall be solely responsible for compliance with the laws of the country from which they access the Website.
The Terms & Conditions of the Website are drafted in Spanish. If the User translates these texts through an online translator, the User declares to know and accept that the Spanish version will always prevail in the event that there may be contradictions between the different versions and that these conditions are subject to Spanish legislation.
9. Severability
If any clause of the Terms & Conditions of the Website were to be declared totally or partially null and void or unenforceable, this shall only affect the clause involved or the part of the clause which is void or unenforceable. The Terms & Conditions of the Website remain in force, considering such provision in whole or in part due to not being included.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The relationship between ABG and the User shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be finally settled by the Courts of the city of Madrid (Spain).
ABG will prosecute any breach of the Terms & Conditions of the Website, as well as any improper use of the Website and will exercise any corresponding civil and criminal actions in accordance with the law.
