Diana joined ABG in 2022, and is a patent adviser in the Engineering & Physics and the Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Departments. Her practice focuses on IP strategy definition, patent and design prosecution and drafting, opinion work and patentability searches, mainly in the areas of mechanics, medical devices, manufacturing procedures, thermal procedures, metallurgy, and computing implemented inventions. She is European Patent Attorney (EQE, 2019) and Spanish Patent and Trademark Agent (2011).

Diana carried out his final year project titled Measuring data conditioning for the optimization of a large gaseous-fuelled engine in Austria.

Before joining ABG, she spent 16 years working for other IP firms, where she gained extensive experience as an IP advisor and patent agent in different fields of engineering.

She also teaches patent courses in Spain.

Diana is a native Spanish and Catalan speaker and is fluent in English.
