Clara is a lawyer, with a double degree in Spanish & French Law from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas-ICADE. She specialises in intellectual property law and emerging technologies. Her practice focuses on providing legal advice on the protection of intangible assets (copyright, patents, utility models, trademarks, industrial designs, business secrets and new technologies).
Clara completed her specialization with a Master’s degree in Business Law and Business Administration at the IE Law School, and a Master in Digital, Innovation and Emerging Technologies at the Centro de Estudios del Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid (ICAM).
Before joining ABG as a lawyer, she developed her professional activity in the IP sector and the Technological Law field (technological contracting, licenses and rights transfer, Big Data, confidentiality agreements, etc.) at several Spanish law firms.
Clara is a native Spanish speaker and she is fluent in English, Italian and French.
