Christine is a Spanish attorney at law, a Spanish Patent and Trademark Attorney (1998), an European Trademark and Design Attorney (2005) and Member of the Madrid Bar Association.
Christine joined ABG in 2005 and is an associate in charge of the Trademarks Department and has over twenty years of IP experience. Her practice focuses on the acquisition and protection of Spanish, European Union and international trademarks and the provision of strategic trademark advice, handling worldwide trademark portfolios and opposition proceedings based on trademarks with reputation. She renders opinions on the clearance of trademarks and handles transactions involving the transfer and licensing of trademarks and patents.
Before she joined ABG, Christine worked for various Spanish IP firms in Madrid (1995-2005).
Christine is a native speaker of Spanish and German and is fluent in English and French.
