At a ceremony held in London on 17 April 2013, ABG IP was named “Spanish Prosecution Firm of the Year” for the third consecutive year in the 2013 World IP Survey, conducted by Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) magazine among firms and their clients in more than 80 jurisdictions.
Established in 2006, the Managing IP Global Awards recognise the leading firms from the major jurisdictions around the world for their most innovative and challenging IP work during the past year and, in addition, highlighting those firms, individuals and companies driving the IP market at an international level.
ABG IP is one of the very few European firms to have obtained this award for a third year in a row, evidence of the firm’s consistent and outstanding IP service.
At the ceremony, ABG founding partners Juan Arias, Francisco Bernardo and Vicente González said: “This new award confirms the top position of ABG IP in the Spanish IP market. We would like to thank our team, who are praised by our clients – without them we would not have reached this award”.
