Isabel joined ABG in 2019 as a trademark paralegal and her career in the industrial property sector has evolved in our firm, becoming coordinator of the administrative section of her department in 2022. She is a Spanish Patent and Trademark Agent and an European Trademark and Design Attorney since 2024.

Her daily practice focuses on the filing and prosecution of trademark registration applications, along with any other necessary proceeding before the Spanish Patents and Trademarks Office (SPTO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and the World International Property Organisation (WIPO).

She also participates in advising both domestic and foreign clients, providing support in negotiation processes, as well as in other common procedures of the distinctive signs department (oppositions, presentation of proof of use, etc.)

Before joining ABG IP, she began her professional career in 2016 in a French distributor and la Chambre Franco-Espagnole.

Isabel is native speaker of Spanish and fluent in French and English.
